I heard it is very haunted. The famous ghost of the Tower of London is that of Anne Boleyn, the mother of Queen Elizabeth I, who
lost her head because she could not provide a male heir to Henry VIII. Her cousin Catherine Howard equally lost her head by Henry VIII. I would not dare going into the tower without a whole tour group. :). Right outside was the Traitors Gate where Anne Boleyn supposedly was led into the tower. I think Richard III also imprisoned his two prince nephews and killed them in this tower so that he could usurp the throne. Shakespeare wrote on these two infamous English monarchs with his plays Henry VIII and Richard III . I heard the ghosts of these two princes and Anne Boleyn often roam this tower.
