This place is a setup up for failure they have 2 wonderful employment counselors or the Yjc program but their
Manager of Programs & Services clearly has no reason being there can do her job tight they dont payout like they are supposed to either which causes you to not move forward i been wait on 2 payment since march we are now may goong in june still havent gotten the payments now i am sotting home not able to go to work due to the lack of management they have and also due to the fact that they hire anyone to do a job with out looking at the persons performance or yet alone getting any feedback from people about there performance they need to remoce some people from this place
