The service department lacks customer service and the ability to fix a problem in a timely manner. I brought them my Jeep and they have had it for over a week now. No one has returned my calls so I constantly have to follow up with them. The task was to diagnose a check engine light. It seems that this is a very timely process because it has taken a week to for them to do it. If you are looking for excuses and no customer service than troncalli is the place for you. If not I would find another dealership.
