Worst ride experience. Booked through Travelocity...

Worst ride experience. Booked through Travelocity as part of a trip package. Ride from the airport looked at me questioningly when I presented him my voucher for service, as if he had no clue how to interpret it. He seemed unclear if I actually had a reservation. Driver agreed to take me, but asked that I give him my name and phone number to check with corporate. Ride to the airport arrived almost 20 minutes early. My paperwork said I would be picked up at 5:15 pm. At 4:57 am, the hotel front desk called and said he was here. (Surprise! Somehow, there was record of my reservation!). I informed him that my information indicated my pickup was 5:15; the hotel clerk relayed that the driver said his information said 5:00. I said I d be down as quickly as I could. Before 5:10, the hotel clerk called again to tell me that the driver left. I had to take a Lyft anyway! The whole service cost $45. Huge ripoff.
