I am a new member looking to have small jobs done around the house. Felt the company is disorganized and not customer service oriented. Found the manager Sarah quite abrupt with her conversation. Indicative of construction industry where they have more work than they can handle and have no recourse for poor customer service, just next job up. Had one roofer give a free estimate, looking for a second opinion, the second roofer wanted $425.00 for an assessment. So 2 trades from the Home Service Club with different standards. Be careful here, something doesn't smell right with the Home Service Club.
