My review from Yelp only about sales (Eder in service is awesome)

They lost more than stars with me - they have lost a customer. I'm not sure what happened because I used to love it there...

Having previously purchased 3 cars from them, under the (former) leadership of Eric, I considered nobody else when looking for my next car. I stopped in to do some research, and make a potential purchase, of a new Chrysler 200. They sent a nice young lad named Ashton to help me but, sadly he was only 3 weeks new and had far less knowledge than I. Please note - I do not fault him for this, as we are all new at one point. Rather, I fault the (lack of) leadership who failed to provide him enough tools to succeed.

During our test drive some things didn't go as I'm used to - he had to drive the car off the lot, and switch seats with me in another lot (DUMB); he informed me that the car possessing a 2.4L 4 cyl. actually had a 3.2L V6 (only a 3.6L is offered in actuality); and would not allow me to take the car on the nearby highway to get a true feel.

Returning to the dealership to ask relevant financing questions is where everything fell apart. I asked Ashton and his "helper" (whose name I don't remember, very tall with gauged ears) to find out two things for me - was there lease pull ahead cash, and was there any other incentives (i.e. mailers, rebates, etc). They came back to tell we there was NO lease pull ahead, nor other rebates. All of this was incorrect and easily verifiable on my cell phone, plus I had done myriad research before arriving. Prior to this I had purchased no less than 15 new Chrysler products, the 3 of which from Ellis - I am well experienced in the art of buying cars, as well as my extensive knowledge of all things Mopar. At this point I got up, thanked them for their time, and left. Very shortly thereafter we purchased not one, but two Fiat 500's from a competitor in Thousand Oaks.

Sorry guys, I guess it is painfully obvious why they have had 2 more sales managers since Eric. Hopefully you'll find someone nearly as good but, right now, you are not even close. That ragtag bunch of characters that were "running" the house that day are an embarrassment. I love Chrysler cars, have been in management for over 20 years, and have read Car and Driver magazine since 1988 ONLY to follow all things MOPAR. Perhaps I should apply for the job? That's the only way I would return for a purchase...and I'm very sad about it.

Like I said - I used to like it there. =(
