Had an issue and the problem had not been resolved...

Had an issue and the problem had not been resolved to my satisfaction at that juncture with our new furnace. Had called Blue Dot Services twice at that point. Called a third time, on Friday, and a wonderful representative by the name of Tamika was able to put me in touch with the General Manager, Jeff Stagnoli. After speaking with Jeff for just one minute, or so, I knew I was speaking with a consummate professional. He understood the issue and promised to have the Technician Manager call me Monday morning. Lo and behold I was called on Monday morning as promised. An appointment was set up for Tuesday morning. The next morning Rick was at our door at 9AM. He understood the issue immediately and offered several solutions. I chose the simplest one, and the best one, on Rick's advice. Rick was finished the work in about forty-five minutes. The furnace now works perfectly. And to top it all off Jeff called me the next day to inquire if I was satisfied with the work. To put it simply I was amazed with the entire experience. A company that cares so much about their customers is a rare thing indeed!
