Bike rack dropped my buddies bike as we set off for a 4 day self contained ride across Wisconsin, they did everything they could to set him up with a new bike ready for bags and everything else needed in a matter of hours. On day 4 the bike picked up a twig and ripped off the back derailer which led to a bent cassette and sprocket along with a wobbly wheel and an unreadable bike. They got us in right away in the morning so we could head back home and only charged labor even though numerous parts needed replaced. Alex is the man!
