After speaking with four different agents Rhonda was the only person who was able to assist in helping me. I was trying to set up Auto pay and there was a signature that was needed.
All the information given by the other agents was the same, I should be able to take care of my problem online.
She researched the policy and was able to handle the account correctly. The problem was because I never received the email.
I know that we're in an age of technical but Rhonda was able to help me. She is to be commended.
