I had a positive experience with Qredits. They wanted quite a lot of information like all financial companies, but after I had collected everything the decision was made within a few days, and the whole process was completed within a week. That was very nice because there was time pressure.
In the beginning I had email communication with Rik Bouwman. He was very friendly, but my personal communication was with Connie Hemmes. She was very friendly and efficient, and explained everything and gave good ideas about the next steps.
Whatsapp as a communication channel was pretty handy, much easier to give and receive updates, and a little less formal than email.
At one time I was excluded from my Qredits. David de Bruijne has arranged this very quickly.

At one point I could not log into my Qredits, and this was handled quickly and pleasantly by Davide de Bruijn.
All in all, they are very professional and efficient. Much appreciated.
