Called in and was assisted by Cathy. I've called before, but this is the only time I truly felt that someone wanted to assist me. At first I did not get her name, I am a little hard of hearing and she kindly repeated her name when I asked. Others would sound annoyed that they needed to say their name Again. Cathy was so helpful. She even took the time to notice that she was able to update something on my bill that I would'nt have even considered. Cathy gave me the impression that she likes her job. I wish others in her dept would be as kind and thoughtful. Thank you Cathy! Keep up the awesome customer service.
