I had a rather average experience with a company that offers similar services to Gridintel. The website was easy to navigate, but I found their customer support to be lacking. There were delays in getting my queries answered, and when I did receive a response, it wasn't very helpful. I expected better from this company, and I believe there is room for improvement. Overall, a mediocre experience.
