As a CUSTOMER, I have had the opportunity to deal with Uk impex ltd. Their products are of good quality and their website is user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my queries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. I would rate them 3.5 out of 5.
