I have been using Alertech Systems, INC services for a while now, and I must say they have been average. The customer support is good, but the overall performance could be improved. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there have been a few occasions where I experienced technical issues. They were resolved promptly, but it was still inconvenient. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
