I have been working with Elixer pvt ltd for the past few months and I must say that my experience has been average. The company has provided me with opportunities to grow professionally, but there are certain areas where improvements can be made. The management needs to communicate better and the work-life balance could be improved. Overall, I would rate Elixer pvt ltd as an average company to work for.
