Mike, I won't mention his last name, a project manager for this company is a crook. I am a contractor that was doing some work for this firm and purchased a forklift to use at their facility. We had a contract with this company that we would split the cost of the forklift to save on rental and when the project was completed the forklift would belong to my company. Needless to say the project manager did not abide by the contract and it took me two years and several thousand in attorneys fees to get my property back, this is after coming up with the idea to purchase this forklift for a couple thousand dollars that was used for two years at their facility saving them $1,200 a month in forklift rental over a 2 + year period of time. Every time we went to get the forklift after our original agreement was completed the project manager would tell us all we're going to use it for another 6 months to do this or that.

I give you fair warning beware of this project manager that works for this company he is a crook to say the least. Once my attorney got done with him he found out who was right and who was wrong but the sad part is I got taken advantage of and lost thousands of dollars on this deal. Lesson learned but I just want to make it no do not deal with Mike
