My recent experience with an online consumer electronics e-tailer was okay. I found their website to be user-friendly, and the checkout process was smooth. However, the product I received had a minor issue, and it took a bit longer than expected to get it resolved. The customer support team was helpful, but the whole experience was average. There is scope for improvement.
