We stayed at this location from June 23-26. 2017. Upon check in, the clerk could not provide us with the confirmation of our rate. Upon check out, same thing. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where no one can confirm your rate or provide you with an invoice. Ultimately our Amex card was charged for our stay about 2 weeks later. On August 26, 2017 (2 months later), this particular hotel's finance office, particularly, Kendra, charged our AMEX almost 2,400. When questioned, Kendra apologized and admitted it was a mistake, but also disclosed that when customers present their credit cards for "incidentals" the card information (number) is kept on file! Horrible, horrible practice and one that really pissed me off.
