Zest Utilities is an average utility company. Their services are decent, but nothing exceptional. The rates they offer are fair, but I have found better deals elsewhere. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes a bit of time to get a resolution. Overall, I am satisfied with Zest Utilities, but there is room for improvement.
