I have been a customer of Neilsen CO for several years now and I must say that their products and services are average. Although they have a wide range of offerings, I find their prices to be a bit on the higher side. The customer support is also just average, as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate Neilsen CO as an average company.
