The implementation consultant will come in later after you have signed all the documents and tell you the software solution doesn t do any of the functions that his boss told you it could do. Or the implementor will send you 1 cryptic email for you to set it up yourself, then you ll be billed for the 6 hours it took them to learn the software and compose said email. Then you will fire Turnkey, get a new implementor, and find out the product really does do all the amazing things you were originally promised, turnkey just doesn t know what they re doing. Don t do this to yourself. Find a company of professionals that won t embarrass you later.
