I have been using Spider.com for a few months now ...

I have been using Spider.com for a few months now and I have to say, it has been a mixed experience. While some of their products have been great, others have been disappointing. The customer service is hit or miss, but when they get it right, they are excellent. Overall, I would rate them as average.
