After using Future Insight's software for a while, I have mixed feelings about it. While there are some useful features, I have encountered occasional bugs that hinder my productivity. The customer support team has been helpful in resolving these issues, but it would be better if such problems were minimized. However, Future Insight's software has potential and with some improvements, it could be great.
