Bad service. Appointment at 9 am, the person with ...

Bad service. Appointment at 9 am, the person with whom I had an appointment was never there before 10 am. I am sent from the box to the wall.
Nobody seems to know anything about it, don't get answers. Communication in Dutch is also not possible.
