I was contacted by this law firm to settle a debt with EMS for an ambulance ride I took over 3 years ago. Come to find my claim was never submitted to insurance. After calling my insurance company then EMS and getting no response. I called the firm back and spoke to Andrea, who was super sweet and professional and informative, and told her what was happening. She took down my insurance information and said she would take care of contacting EMS to get my claim submitted and that as long as I don t hear from them again it s all taken care of! Such a weight off! THANK YOU Andrea!
