Endless loop with no way to get through to a human...

Endless loop with no way to get through to a human being. The worst ever phone system I have ever seen!!! I'm an employer trying to comply and no one answers?!? AFTER POSTING.(and a posting to the DOL Help Center).. I had a call from a supervisor who explained that they were not aware of the loop problem and are correcting it. She also took care of my questions thoroughly and clearly. Thanks for fast action. I have not gone back to check the phone system loop. Good luck!
