I recently purchased an escape room kit from Exitkits Australia and overall it was a decent experience. The puzzles were challenging enough to keep me engaged, but some of the clues felt a bit too obscure. The storyline was interesting, but it could have been more immersive. The quality of the props and materials was good, but I expected a bit more for the price. The customer support was satisfactory, although it took a bit longer to get a response to my queries. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, but there is room for improvement.
