I had a mixed experience with B S A Architects INC. While I appreciate their expertise and the quality of their work, the communication and project management could have been better. There were delays in the project timeline, and I often had to follow up for updates. However, the end result was satisfactory, and I believe they have the potential to improve in certain aspects.
