As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Silk education & training as average. The courses offered were quite informative, but I felt that some of the material could have been presented in a more engaging manner. The trainers were knowledgeable and helpful, but there was a lack of practical hands-on experience. Overall, it was a decent learning experience.
