This is NOT an active organization, so you will need to look elsewhere. Do NOT attempt inquiries through the website because there is no one there to respond. There is no place in central Wisconsin that provides resources to actually DIAGNOSE mental issues, which immediately leads one to ask why there are so many counselors and therapists when no one has a diagnosis.

However, this does explain the alcohol and drug problems in Wisconsin. When a community has no help to offer people with mental illness no one should be surprised when the worst case scenarios happen. Good luck with that.

I haven't consider opiates or other drugs before, but considering my own issues and options, it is actually a logical alternative
