I had an overall average experience with Keratinxperts. The staff was friendly and the service was satisfactory. However, I don't think the results were as good as I expected. The treatment did make my hair smoother, but the effects didn't last as long as I hoped. It's a decent option if you're looking for a quick fix, but I wouldn't consider it a long-term solution.
