The Student Association at my university is doing a decent job overall. The website, gwstudentassociation.com, is user-friendly and has useful information. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication with the students. The association should be more proactive in addressing our concerns and suggestions. They have potential to be great with some small changes.
