Unbelievably rude sales lady acted as if she didn t want to do anything. I tried to switch to a salesperson that could possibly have better manners she blew me off as well. Maybe they assumed I wouldn t spend enough money for their customer service. Will happily retrieve my item I ordered today and not place any future orders with this company. Yes their selection is good but so is restoration hardware. Seek other options before visiting this store.
