I am a customer of Contasimple and I must say they provide an average service. While they have a user-friendly website, there are some areas that need improvement. The invoicing feature is great, but I find it difficult to navigate through the accounting section. Nevertheless, the customer support is excellent and always prompt in resolving any issues.
