The experience with Precise biometrics was average. They provided decent service, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website was easy to navigate and find information, however, I found some of the pages to be a bit slow to load. The customer support was helpful, but it took a little longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would say Precise biometrics is an okay company to work with.
