I had a mixed experience during my stay at Hotel Residenz Pforzheim. While the location and amenities were great, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, and I encountered some issues with my room. However, the overall experience was not terrible, just slightly disappointing. I would still consider staying here again in the future.
