I had a mixed experience with Guillermo Properties, LLC. On one hand, their customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and responsive to all my queries. However, the property I rented had some issues that were not disclosed beforehand. This caused inconvenience and extra expenses. Despite that, I appreciate their prompt response in resolving the issues.
