I recently interacted with a Midwest-based oil company through their website and found the user interface to be relatively straightforward. While the information on their products and services was clear, I found it somewhat challenging to locate specific details about their environmental sustainability practices. I appreciated the relevant blog posts that provided some insights into industry trends, but I wished for more in-depth information about their community outreach and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Overall, the website functioned well, and I was able to find the necessary information, however, I believe there is an opportunity for the company to enhance the transparency of their environmental and social impact efforts to better engage with potential customers like myself.
