The website was user-friendly and had a good variety of products, but the customer service was lacking. 😕 It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and the delivery was delayed without any explanation. Additionally, the quality of the tiles was decent, but not exceptional. Considering the average experience, I may explore other options in the future. 🤔
