I recently used the services of this logistics company for a shipment, and overall, it was a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed without any trouble. The shipment arrived within the expected timeframe, and the tracking feature was quite useful. However, I did encounter some communication issues with customer service, which was a bit frustrating. The pricing was competitive, and the overall process was smooth, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support. I'm undecided about using them again, but overall, it was an average experience. 🚚
