I had an average experience with Vivishanghai.com. The website was decent, but I found it a bit confusing at times. The customer service was okay, but I felt they could have been more helpful. They were responsive, but I didn't receive the level of assistance I was hoping for. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but not outstanding.
