Been to Lucy in Disguise before and went in again ...

Been to Lucy in Disguise before and went in again today wearing a face shield due to my asthma. Eventually I was approached about wearing a mask...no one was rude or anything and I explained my situation. However, I did feel sort of pushed out quicker because I think the staff felt like I would make others be aggressive if I didn't have a regular mask?

This is after Gov Abbott rescinded his regulations and I was still trying to comply with the store rules. This was never a problem before. It's a shame because I really like the costume selection. In all honesty, if customers are upset at me for only wearing a face shield, why are they going out in the first place? Wouldn't it be safer to stay home? All things aside, just rather disappointed with the reasoning.
