After purchasing carpet from Home Depot, we found out that G&S Floor Designs would be the installers. I have to admit that, after reading the reviews online, I was incredibly hesitant to move forward with the project, but we went ahead anyway and I could not be more satisfied with the service we received.
The installers were friendly, professional, and respectful, and they kept us informed and made sure we understood what was going on during every step of the process. They were clean and organized, and put everything back the way it was before the carpet was installed. They arrived within the 2 hour window that was provided to us, and completed the job in just a few hours. I would use G&S Floor Designs again, given the opportunity! Thank you!
