We did not choose Telrad Electronics of Fort Wayne, but rather our extended warranty company found them to be the closest repair company for our Maytag Stainless fridge. Our door was not closing properly, which meant we needed a new plastic closer ($39) for the bottom. Our repair tech, Jeremy, searched and searched and could not figure out the problem until my wife pointed out the issue. He eventually said he'd have to order a new door, which didn't make any sense. This initial visit was November 6, 2020. After approximately 6 weeks, we heard back that the door had arrived, but it was dented and could not be used. Finally, the company set up a January 4th date for installation. When that day arrived, I took the day off work to be sure someone was present. I received two text messages confirming the appointment and that he was on his way. Nobody showed up. We waited to call the office until the end of the week, and received no answer or return phone call. Highly unprofessional and incompetent. Do not call them. If your extended warranty company refers them, kindly ask for another.
