I had the pleasure of dining at Sophie's steakhouse last night and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly and attentive. We started off with the shrimp cocktail which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. For our main course, we had the ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection. The flavor was amazing and the meat was so tender. It truly melted in our mouths. We also tried the truffle fries as a side and they were delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and I highly recommend Sophie's steakhouse to anyone looking for a great steakhouse experience.
