They told us a shuttle would be here within 20 min...

They told us a shuttle would be here within 20 minutes. It s been over an hour and we still don t have one. The employee keeps telling us it s almost here and we just want an honest estimate. Also it s more expensive than an Uber. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Update: finally got on the shuttle and we re completely packed in here. They put me and my 6 5 husband in the very small back with another passenger. An Uber would have been $7 cheaper than the $50 we re paying for the both of us.
