As an overseas Filipino worker who had wish to settle for good in the Philippines, I find it hard to get again another job; the stress of being an applicant and the fear of being failed again especially to BPO industry. I feel lucky that I sent an application in Global Headstart because they responded immediately and was invited me for an interview. On the day of my application to their form, Ms. Kitty gave me an advice not to listen to those people who want to fool applicants and i find her so helpful and feel thankful because of the sincerity of her to the applicants plus the eagerness in inviting me here gave me a hope that I can get the job that I am applying for. And also with my interviewer Mr. Ian who is so approachable and easy to deal with. There is no regret applying in this firm and even I will fail in this application, I will still recommend Global Headstart to my colleagues so they can experience what I had experience.
