I have mixed feelings about Transport for West Midlands. While their services are generally reliable, there have been instances where I have experienced delays and overcrowding. The website could also use some improvements in terms of usability. However, their staff is friendly and the fares are reasonable. It's not the best, but it's also not the worst.
