The service at Tepperman's is average. I recently purchased a new couch from their website and the whole process was okay. The delivery was on time and the quality of the couch is decent. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and didn't seem knowledgeable about the product. Overall, I would say it's an average experience.
