I recently stayed at Balmoral apartamentos & suites and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.
